Clear Channel has issued a “Memo to the Los Angeles Community” following controversy over remarks made by KFI 640 AM by DJs John Kobylt and Ken Chiampou. They called Whitney Houston a “crack ho.” The DJs were suspended. They, and station management, will be required to attend “cultural sensitivity training.”

Now, what kind of precedent does this set for Rush Limbaugh?
