This according to the Florida Lottery General Counsel:
the Florida Lottery has posted its notice of intent to award the contract to St. John and Partners. Zimmerman Advertising filed a bid protest.
As is standard procedure in such cases, the signing of a contract is being held in abeyance at this time, pending resolution of the bid protest.

The lottery is taking it’s time, trying to cover all the bases.
Whatever became of the protest? I would find it hard to believe that they would overturn the decision after all the scrutiny they went through based on the previous debacle. Any insight would be appreciated.
