Zimmerman Advertising and St. John + Partners “have agreed to amicably resolve and settle this matter” according to the final order in the case.
The Florida Lottery, Zimmerman and St. John together petitioned the judge to “relinquish jurisdiction” and send the case back to the Florida Lottery for administrative conclusion. “The settlement is contingent upon the Department of the Lottery taking certain action upon remand of the case.” Not any specifics in the court documents, my guess is SJP will be the AOR.
